Eduardo G. Pinto, P.E., President, began this consulting engineering firm in 1990. By capitalizing on his forty plus years of experience in civil engineering, he has been able to gradually expand it into a state-of-the-art engineering firm of the highest quality.

Eduardo is an active member of the PA Society of Professional Engineers, National Society of Professional Engineers, American Society of Highway Engineers and the Consulting Engineers Council. His areas of expertise are in highway design, rail design, traffic studies, signalization, stormwater management, hydrologic and hydraulic studies, surveying and geotechnical investigations.
