Pinto Engineering provides transportation and traffic engineering input necessary for the preparation of improvements to existing roadways, design of future transportation facilities, and evaluation of land use proposals. Services include feasibility studies, intersection capacity studies, highway link analysis, access and internal circulation review and design and traffic control. We can provide traffic engineeering services in connection with development planning or specific engineering projects.
